ICE

In Case of Emergency, or ICE is the latest thing in safety. A paramedic in England came up with the idea last year and the idea is now sweeping through America. Here is how it works. In your cell phone create an entry in the phone book with the name ICE. Put your nearest emergency contact persons phone number and info in this entry. What has happened is that paramedics are finding that when people are hurt and they can't communicate they have little or no way of knowing how or who to contact. Most people have cell phones nowadays so if you do and you put ICE in the phone book the emergency workers will have a quick easy way to contact your loved ones. I think it's a great idea. I hope you all follow suit. Oh, and I also hope no one ever needs to use it!
